Do you know the main structure of the robot palletizer stacker

The robot stacker mainly consists of a mechanical body, a servo drive system, an end effector (gripper), an adjustment mechanism, and a detection mechanism. The parameters are set according to different material packaging, stacking order, layer number, and other requirements to achieve different types of packaging material stacking operations. According to function, it is divided into mechanisms such as bag feeding, turning, arrangement and grouping, bag grasping and stacking, tray conveying, and corresponding control systems.

(1) Bag feeding mechanism. Use a belt conveyor to complete the bag supply task of the stacker.

(2) Bag reversing mechanism. Arrange the packaging bags according to the setted program.

(3) Re-Arrange mechanism. Use the belt conveyor to deliver the arranged packaging bags to the buffer mechanism.

(4) Bag grabbing and stacking mechanism. Using a robotic palletizing mechanism to complete palletizing operations.

(5) Pallet magazine. Stacked pallets are delivered by forklifts and sequentially discharged into the pallet roller conveyor according to the program. Empty pallets are regularly supplied to the stacking process. After reaching the predetermined number of layers, stacked pallets are transported by the roller conveyor to the stacked pallet warehouse, and finally taken out by forklifts and stored in the warehouse. The system is controlled by PLC.

 

Scope of application of palletizing machines

1. Condition and Shape

(1) Handling conditions. In order to adapt to the work of the stacker, it is required to transport items in boxes and bags. This way, the stacker can transport the items onto the conveyor. In addition, it is required that manually loaded items cannot change their status after parking.

(2) The shape of the object being transported. One of the working conditions of a stacker is to require the shape of the transported goods to be regular for easy loading. Cylinders and cans made of glass, iron, aluminum, and other materials, as well as rods, cylinders, and rings, are inconvenient to box due to their irregular shape. Items suitable for palletizing machines include cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, paper bags, hessian bags, and cloth bags.

 

2. Efficiency of palletizing machines

(1) The Cartesian coordinate robot stacker has low efficiency, handling 200-600 packaging items per hour.

(2) The articulated robot stacker has an efficiency of handling 300-1000 packaged items in 4 hours.

(3) The cylindrical coordinate stacker is a moderately efficient stacker that loads 600-1200 packaging items per hour.

(4) Low level stacker with high efficiency, loading 1000-1800 packaged items per hour.

(5) High level stacker, belonging to the high-efficiency stacker, can load 1200-3000 packaging items per hour.
