Firstly, after the installation of the fully automatic carton packer machine is completed, turn on the power supply, control panel power switch, emergency stop button and check whether the display touch screen parameters of the Carton packing machine are normal.
Secondly, regarding the adjustment of packaging box size: the main adjustment is the paper box frame and the box feeding chain. The size of the box frame is adjusted according to the size of the paper box, and the length, width, and height of the box feeding chain are also adjusted. For example:
1、 Place the paper box we want to adjust on the box holder, and then adjust the guides of the box holder to the edges close to the box. Keep the box stable and prevent it from falling.
2、 Carton length adjustment: place the sealed carton on the carton outlet conveyor belt, and then adjust the right hand wheel to make the cartoner conveyor belt contact the carton edge.
3、 Paper box width adjustment: First loosen the two sprocket screws on the outside of the main chain. Then place a cardboard box in the middle of the chain and adjust the width of the chain to match the width of the box. Then tighten the sprocket screws at the back.
4、 Paper box height adjustment: Loosen the front and rear fastening screws of the upper pressing guide rail, and then turn the upper handwheel to make the upper guide rail contact the top of the paper box and the guide rail. Then tighten the fixing screws.
5、 Adjusting the size of the discharge tray: Unscrew the fixed bearing screws, place the product in the push tray tray, push the baffle left and right until it is adjusted to the appropriate size, and then tighten the screws. Note: There are several screw holes on the panel here. Be careful not to screw the wrong screws when adjusting the machine.
After the adjustment of each part is completed, the inching switch on the control panel can be started, and manual debugging such as opening, suction, feeding, folding, and spraying can be carried out using inching operation. After the debugging of each action is completed, the start button can be opened, and finally, materials can be placed to proceed with normal production.
