It is suitable for automatic case erecting, case packing and case sealing of various products like tissue, sanitary napkin, pad, pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, entertainment, hardware, auto parts and other industries. 

Processing formats

Product description:

This robotic Pick and Place case packer packs a variety of packaged products directly into cases, trays, crates, and other secondary containers; ideal for bags, pouches, flow-wraps, thermo-formed containers and a variety of rigid containers such as cartons.

The product is collated into a group using one of our custom collation methods. The product is then picked by a specially designed end-effector and gently placed in the secondary container. The robot is fully servo driven and controlled by a state-of-the-art coordinated motion control package. Smooth parabolic paths eliminate sudden acceleration and vibration.

Technical parameters:

Speed calculated as the robot axis runs 10times/min. For example, customer required 5kg seeds per bag and 4bags per cases, the robot axis could pick up 2bags one time, then cases output speed would be 5cases/min.
