The operation of automatic packing machine needs the help of electric power and mechanical tools, in order to make better cooperation between machine and operator, here are some common safety tips:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the compressed air pressure meets the requirements (above 0.6bar), and check whether the main parts are in good condition, such as heating belt, scissors, trolley parts, etc. At the same time, check whether there are other people around the machine to ensure the safety after starting.

2. Clean the feeding system and metering machine before production to ensure the hygiene of products.

3. Close the air switch of the main power supply, connect the power supply to start the machine, set and check the temperature of each temperature controller, and put on the coating.

4. First adjust the bag making and check the marking effect, and at the same time start the feeding system. When the materials meet the requirements, first open the bag making mechanism, and check the vacuum degree and heat sealing quality of the vacuum box. That is to say, after the bag making meets the requirements, start the material filling and production.

5. During the production process, check the quality of products at any time, such as whether the basic requirements of the products such as shredded vegetables, vacuum degree, heat sealing line, wrinkle, weight, etc. are qualified, and adjust them at any time if there is any problem.

6. The operator shall not adjust some operation parameters of the machine at will, such as operation times, servo and variable frequency parameters. If adjustment is needed, it must be reported to the section chief and adjusted by the relevant maintenance personnel or technical personnel together. During production, according to the actual situation, the operator can adjust the temperature and some phase angle parameters of each temperature controller properly, but the group chief and the engineer must be informed first Section length, to ensure that all parameters of equipment operation in the whole production process are controlled, to ensure the stable operation of equipment, to ensure normal production and product quality.

7. If there is any problem with the equipment or the product quality is unqualified in the production, stop the machine immediately and deal with the problem. It is strictly prohibited to deal with problems during the operation of the machine, so as to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. If you can’t deal with the big problem by yourself, immediately inform the team leader to deal with it together with the maintenance personnel, and hang the safety warning sign of “under maintenance, no startup”. The operator must deal with the problem together with the maintenance personnel to solve the problem in a faster time and resume production.

8. During the operation, the operator shall pay attention to the safety of himself and others at any time, especially the safety and protection of the hot sealing knife, scissors, trolley part, vacuum box, camshaft, measuring cup observation hole of measuring machine, mixing of measuring machine, conveyor and other parts, so as to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

9. For the operation of the touch screen of the machine, the operator can only use clean fingers to touch the screen gently. It is strictly forbidden to press or tap the touch screen with fingertips, nails or other hard objects, otherwise, the damage to the touch screen due to improper operation will be compensated according to the price.

10. When debugging the machine or adjusting the bag making quality, bag opening quality, filling effect, trolley bag spreading and bag receiving, the manual switch can only be used for debugging. The above debugging is strictly prohibited when the machine is in operation state, so as to avoid safety accidents. When large faults need to be debugged and the cam of the cam box is to be opened or the spring is to be changed, the safety warning sign of “under maintenance, do not start” must be hung on the touch screen of the machine operation. At the same time, anyone who sees the safety warning sign is not allowed to start the machine at will, or the consequences will be borne by themselves.

11. Each operator shall ensure the sanitation of the machine and the surrounding ground at any time, clean the vegetable shreds on the ground and the machine in time, and do not place roll film, cartons and other sundries around the machine at will, and place unqualified products and sundries plastic baskets in a standardized way to keep the site clean and tidy.

12. Clean the debris at any time, keep the platform clean, and pay attention to whether the conveyor belt deviates at any time. If the conveyor belt deviates, rectify the deviation immediately to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.

13. After the production of each shift, the operator must cut the bottom to clean the sanitation of the machine and equipment. During the cleaning process, it is forbidden to wash the equipment with large water or high-pressure water (except for the special small water gun configured for each machine), and pay attention to protect the electrical part. After cleaning, make sure that there is no water on the machine and the ground before leaving.

14. Before going off work every day, the consumption of each machine’s coating and the total consumption of the coating on duty shall be accurately counted, and the output of a single machine and the total output on duty shall be counted at the same time.
