Now we Chantecpack would like to introduce the solution to the problem of inaccurate loading of automatic liquid vertical packaging machine.
1). Automatic liquid packaging machine bag sometimes long sometimes short unstable
a. If the screw of bag carrying pliers is loose, the rubber pad is worn or greasy, it should be cleaned with household detergent.
b. Improper adjustment of screw tightness.
c. Plastic roll film is overweight.
2). There is no temperature or temperature instability in vertical and horizontal heat seal of automatic liquid packaging machine
a. Check whether the instrument works normally.
b. Whether the thermocouple is damaged or loose.
c. Whether the electric heating pipe is damaged.
d. The power supply lacks phase, and the wire ends are loose and fall off.
3). The transverse sealing and cutting bag of automatic liquid packaging machine is abnormal, the bag is continuously cut and the compressive strength is not enough after heat sealing
a. The foreign matters on the cross sealing copper block should be removed immediately.
b. Check whether the PTFE heat shield on the copper block is loose.
c. Replace the rubber pad on the push plate.
d. The thickness of plastic film is 80 microns.
e. Adjust the pressure of cross sealing copper block.
f. Check whether the knife edge of the cross sealing copper block has any scar
4). The quantitative pump of the automatic liquid packaging machine has dripping phenomenon
a. Increase piston ring clearance
b. First, loosen the fastening screw on the piston sleeve rod of the quantitative pump and tighten it a little clockwise (it must not be too tight, otherwise the piston will be easily damaged)
