The properties of various liquid products are not the same. In the filling process, in order to keep the characteristics of the products unchanged, different filling methods must be used. General liquid filling machine often uses the following filling methods.1. Atmospheric pressure method
Atmospheric pressure method is also known as pure gravity method, that is, under atmospheric pressure, the liquid material flows into the packaging container by self weight. 2. Isobaric method
Isobaric method is also known as pressure gravity filling method, that is, under the condition of higher than atmospheric pressure, first inflate the packaging container to form the same pressure as the liquid storage box, and then flow into the packaging container by relying on the self weight of the filling material. This method is widely used in the filling of aerated beverages, such as beer, soda and sparkling wine. This filling method can reduce the loss of carbon dioxide in this kind of products, and prevent excessive foaming in the filling process from affecting the product quality and quantitative accuracy.
3. Vacuum method
Vacuum filling method is carried out under the condition of lower than atmospheric pressure, which can be carried out in two ways.
a. Differential pressure vacuum type
That is to say, when the liquid storage tank is under normal pressure, only the packaging container is pumped to form a vacuum, and the liquid material flows by the pressure difference between the liquid storage tank and the container to be filled. b. Gravity vacuum
That is to say, the container is in vacuum, and the packaging container is first pumped to form a vacuum equal to that in the container, and then the liquid material flows into the packaging container by its own weight. Because of its complex structure, it is rarely used in China. Vacuum filling has a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for filling liquid materials with higher viscosity, such as oil and syrup, but also suitable for filling liquid materials containing vitamins, such as vegetable juice and fruit juice. The formation of vacuum in the bottle means that the contact between liquid materials and air is reduced and the shelf life of products is prolonged. Vacuum filling is not suitable for filling toxic materials, such as pesticides, to reduce the cost The spillover of toxic gases can improve the agricultural conditions.
