Of course, the technology of each powder packaging machine manufacturer is not the same, and some manufacturers’ equipment is prone to the phenomenon of powder inclusion at the seal position.
According to the on-site experience, we chantecpack summarized several fault causes of powder inclusion:
1. The horizontal sealing time is too short – adjust the horizontal sealing time;
2. The specific gravity of the powder is too light or the feeding device is not tightly closed, and there is material leakage – add anti-leakage valve;
3. Electrostatic absorption of the bag former – find ways to eliminate the static electricity of the roll film or add an ion wind device.
